Sir West was sitting on the roof top reading when Link came up to him. "Good morning Sir lose alot," Link grinned at the way he'd creamed West yesterday. West looked up from his book and raised his eyebrow. "Look, I can't win as long as you use the master sword," Link smiled and then looked to the edge of the roof where he saw a square looking box with no top. "What's that?" Link pointed twords the odd container. "Oh, that's Penelope's berry juice dye its sitting out to get warm when she dyes clothes. "Wait its just sitting there and someone could just kick it slightly and who ever was underneath would be splattered," The hero of time couldn't control himself as he quickly leaned over and saw Ruto, Zelda, and Saria standing right under the "splash zone." He gave West a look and looked at the dye. His face was wide with a huge smile. Link couldn't control himself he began to pick up the vat. "Link," West said softly as Link lifted the dye up and looked in his direction quickly. "Link," Link gave him a fake I'm sorry look as he tipped over the vat onto the three helpless girls. He nearly popped a lung from laughing so hard. West rolled his eyes and put down his book. He quickly stepped aside as the three wet girls picked up the defenceless hero and threw him over the side of the roof. Ruto rushed down to see if he was alright. "Are you okay?" Link rubbed his behind where he fell and nodded. Ruto slapped him. "Thats for messing up my beautiful skin you insensitive clod!" Link rubbed his cheak and Zelda stomped on his foot. "Thats for messing up my new dress! You...you JERK!" Saria came over and gave Link a skeptical look Link backed up. "Look, don't come any closer. I've had enough pain and you have a fantastic left hook." Saria grinned. She did have a pretty good punch. Link loosend up a bit and smiled when her saw Saria who was stained pink. "What?" Saria looked down at herself and smiled then grabbed Links hat and stuck in the dye puddle till it was bright pink too. "Hey," Link smiled as he pulled another hat from his pocket. "Well, that was an okay trick," Saria said her eyes slanted and her head tilted. Link was glad someone could take a joke. "We'd better get cleaned up Sar," they both looked at eachother and laughed. Link was covered in grass stains and mud with a red mark on his cheack and Saria's hair was pink and green. They both went and cleaned up. Then later that night after Link's apology date with Zelda. He looked for Saria. He was about to go home when he heard the faintest playing of an ocarina. He listened for a moment and relized where she was, he rushed up to the roof top and saw her. Link quickly slid next to her. She stopped playing and smiled at Link who had some hair perfectly out of place on his forhead. "Hey, watcha doin'?" Link put his arm around Saria. "Just watching the stars. They are so beutiful out here and you can see people..." Saria became quiet and her cheaks turned a tint of red. "What, you mean, like, the stars form shapes?" Link said seriously trying to reasure her. "No, like look up there at that star. Its a little bigger than the other stars and it shines with a royal glow, so it must be King Zora. Look over there. Those stars in a group look like the Kokiri, small, but bright. See those two are the twins, 'cause they look similar, but still are different stars. And that ones Mido, because its not as nice as the other ones, but shines down upon the other stars near it, like protecting it. And that gorgeous star is Zelda, because its so beautiful and it seems to be higher than the rest of the stars, but still stays close to them, you know just like Zelda feels about her country. And I know your wondering that one is you, because its bright and it twinkles a special light that you have to look closly to see and its not with other stars, its in a hyrule fieldish area, you can see kinda a map, so its always travling, not having a real place to call its true home," Saria slid down a bit so she was smaller and looked up at Link who looked genuinly grateful for the compliment. "Where's yours?" Saria looked down at her feet. "I don't think I have one," she sighed and Link held her closer. "Thats why I always come out here, to find my place in the sky. "Well, I hope you do," Link gave her a reassuring smile. She sighed again and forced a smile then she cuddled closer to the hero's strong chest and drifted to sleep. Link smiled and picked her up and took her to her house that the carpenters just finished. He layed her on her bed and smiled. Then he tenderly kissed her head and proceeded to his house, right next door. The next morning after Link had gotten ready he walked through the connecting door (the carpenters were to lazy to build to seperate houses, so they built two in one) into Saria's house to eat breakfast. Saria smiled at him and he grunted. Link had finally started to get up early, but he still didn't like it. "Good morning bed head," Saria said as she handed him some oatmeal and fruit, Saria just wouldn't hurt a pig to make bacon or any meat for that matter. "Morning," Link yawned and began to eat. "Oh yeah I just remembered they opened this new resturaunt in the market, The Deku Nut. Its supposed to be really fancy. You wana come with me?" "What me? What about Princess," Saria looked and Link. "Zel? Nah, I want to go with someone that won't critisize me through the whole dinner. Anyway Zelli's still kinda mad for the dye thing, so I'm gonna let her cool off for a while. Hey, I'll even pay," Link smiled and Saria rolled her eyes. "Well, I guess it would be okay," Saria tilted her head and gave him a look over. "Cool, but you have to get dressed up," Link waited for a reaction. Saria thought it over for a moment. "Okay, meet me there at eight, I can get a ride from West and you can give me a ride back," Link shoved the last piece of oatmeal in his mouth and nodded. "Alright see you at eight," Link said as went out the door for his morning duel with Sir West. At about 5:45 Saria started dressing. She got dressed in a beautiful blue silk outfit. It brightened up her eyes and made her hair stand out even more. Saria put on a bit of lip stick and any other make-up she could find (not much). When she was done she looked stunning, it was her only dress and as it figures Link gave it to her and she did promise to wear it. Saria grabbed her gold braclet that said Saria and Link and waited for West. When he came in he was stunned. They headed off at about 7:45 and got there perfectly early at exactly 7:50. "You'll be okay Saria?" Sir West asked with concern Saria just nodded her head. She waited about 2 hours. She'd tried to get in, but they wouldn't believe that she would assosiate with the hero of time. Tears were streaming down her face and just when she thought it couldn't worse it started to rain, heavy. Saria fell to the ground and buried her face in her hands. She couldn't walk it would take forever in these shoes. Everyone walked into there shops and homes and Saria was alone. "Hello, are you alright miss?" Saria looked up to see a stranger.
