3.24.02 Okay, this is beyond my expectations, but I'm already a good 40% done with the new Colossus, and its coming along splendidly. I can actually say that I *might* be able to reopen anytime after Easter! If so, this is good. Well, I'm going to post another status report Wed with *maybe* a sneak peek at the new layout. Until then!

3.22.02 Yes, I've done my deliberations, and I've decided to reopen the Colossus. Because school is winding down and I'll have all summer to do nothing, now is the perfect time to get involved in such a major work. Along with the reopening will of course be a new layout (to give this bird a chance to spread his rusty wings) which will include various aspects I never used before. I'm going to eliminate unnecessary sections (which I will allow the visitor to decide) and I will expand the most popular ones. With that said, I'm going to start regular updates of my progress and by the date of April 22, 2002 I hope to have the Colossus up to 100% again. But, I will need you, the visitor's, help. I need to spread the word to anyone you know that loves Zelda as much as we do that the Colossus is back. I hope to have my first status update in by Sunday. Until then!

3.10.02 Alright, let me start by saying that I'm sorry for shutting down so suddenly and without notice. I've been mulling the last couple of months (almost a year now) and I've felt a certain nostalgia for the Colossus. I missed working here, and I think I should keep the site going as the premier source of Zelda walkthroughs and game help. This is very important to my decision, if anyone wants me to reopen the Colossus, I need to know it'll be worth it. So if you want me to, send me an email saying so, so I know there's an audience. I'll be back this time next week with my decision, based on how many emails I get. Right now I am leaning towards running a frame of this site, but the emails will definitely put me over the top. Until then.
